Blue Cheese: Produced by artisanal Val de Susa dairies using milk sourced from local herds of the Susa Valley, about 30 miles from the French border. An unpressed cheese with a high moisture content and creamy mouthfeel, aged for a minimum of 90 days. We recommend selecting 1/4lb for 2 servings and 1/2lb for 4 servings

Hand-cured with all-natural ingredients and smoked in small batches by a family-owned smokehouse, Samaki, located in the Hudson Valley. Made using our premium fresh Steelhead trout fillets, grown and harvested in our state-of-the-art recirculating aquaculture system. Trout lox is perfect on bagels with cream cheese, as a topping to any salad or bowl, or as the ultimate cracker topping for your appetizer board. No added hormones or antibiotics, and free of mercury, artificial dyes, and microplastics. Ingredients Steelhead Trout, Salt, Sugar, Pastrami Spice, Natural Hardwood Smoke.
