Old Catalan Style Sliced Salchichón (Chorizo) is made from the finest cuts of a 100% Ibérico pig, the famous ‘pata negra’. Fed on acorns during the Montanera season (from October through February), the Salchichón has great marbling and is seasoned with mild pimentón. Comes in a 2oz packet. No artificial ingredients. Gluten-free. Lactose-free. No nitrates or nitrites added.
