The mill began in the hands of Augustinian nuns in Poschiavo, Switzerland. By the late 19th century, the Fisler family acquired the property.
Made from hard coarsely ground durum wheat mixed with Swiss mountain spring water and dried in the mill’s attic for a week
Tradition and quality ingredients produce a pasta that is known for its length (16 inches) its nutty flavor and incredible visual appeal.
Use with simple sauces, ideal with Caccio e Pepe, Parmesan or a simple tomatoe sauce.
