Hand-cured with all-natural ingredients and smoked in small batches by a family-owned smokehouse, Samaki, located in the Hudson Valley. Made using our premium fresh Steelhead trout fillets, grown and harvested in our state-of-the-art recirculating aquaculture system. Trout lox is perfect on bagels with cream cheese, as a topping to any salad or bowl, or as the ultimate cracker topping for your appetizer board.
