Made from hard coarsely ground durum wheat mixed with Swiss mountain spring water and dried in the mill's attic for a week Tradition and quality ingredients produce a pasta that is known for its length (16 inches) its nutty flavor and incredible visual appeal. Use with simple sauces, ideal with Caccio e Pepe, Parmesan or a simple tomatoe sauce.
