Description:

This incredible duck is joined with garlic, herbs & spices for an overnight marinade before beginning the slow cooking process in Hudson Valley’s “Liquid Gold” duck fat. Once ultra-tender, the meat is shredded. The meat is mixed with the magic touch of that fully flavored duck fat to create a spread that is equally addictive and delectable. The product is fully cooked, ready to eat.

Beginning with the first foie gras farm in the United States, their mission has always been to elevate the quality of this country's gourmet food products. Raising moulard ducks on their farm where they are sheltered in cage-free barns to protect them from varying weather conditions, and wildlife predators.
