(LOW and SLOW, SMOKE or BRAISE)ย Spare ribs are a favorite due to their tenderness.ย These ribs start at the end of the Baby Back Ribs located on top of the animal and extend to the end of the rib bone, making this perfect fall-off-the-bone ribs. One whole rack averages 10-13 bones or approximately 3-3.5 lbs. Whether you prefer them smoky, tangy, or sweet, baby back ribs are sure to satisfy the taste buds.
Ethically raised and free from hormones, antibiotics, steroids, and GMOs. Since pigs need some grain in their diet, they can be fed certified non-GMO whole bean grains with corn, roasted soy, fruits, and seasonal items like pumpkin added.

Humanely raising poultry, cattle and pigs ensuring these animals live the goodlife. The pigs root, run and play, the chickens peck and crow and the cows graze and sometime moo.
Animals are fed a natural pasture based diet year-round. Never using antibiotics, hormones, GMOs or steroids. In warmer months they graze naturally and in colder months some of the animals continue on hay and in the case of chickens and pork are naturally fed grains such as certified non-GMO whole bean grains with corn, roasted soy, and seasonal items like pumpkin.
