Description:
The superior freshness of Hudson Valley Fish’s Steelhead trout gives it a super clean, mild flavor, slightly less fishy and oily than salmon. The fillets are delicious, prepare them in a variety of ways: pan-sear, oven-roasted covered with a beurre-blanc sauce, cured as a lox, or on the grill!
An excellent source of protein and essential Omega-3 fatty acids. One 4oz serving of our Steelhead fillets contains 900mg of omega-3s, providing adults with half of the recommended weekly serving of omega-3s.
Raised without hormones or antibiotics, and are free of mercury, artificial dyes, and microplastics.
Each fillet is shipped flash-frozen, deboned, and vacuum-packed.

AUTHENTIC MINAMIUONUMA LUXURY KOSHIHIKARI SUSHI RICE (2 LBS)

Experience the pinnacle of Japanese rice cultivation with Authentic Minamiuonuma Koshihikari, a luxury sushi rice prized for its unmatched texture, aroma, and flavor. Grown in the pristine mountain valleys of Niigata Prefecture — where pure snowmelt waters and mineral-rich soil create ideal conditions. This heritage grain embodies the spirit of Japanese culinary excellence. With a taste ranking in 2021 of special A rank and produced in Minami uonuma city, Niigata, Japan by the Minamiuonuma Okubo Farm Rice from Minamiuonuma is said to be Koshihikari, which is evaluated as delicious and has the highest peak. Each glossy, pearly grain cooks to perfection: soft yet resilient, with a natural sweetness and gentle stickiness that define true Koshihikari. Revered by sushi masters and fine-dining chefs, this rice elevates both traditional and modern dishes, from delicate nigiri to seasonal rice bowls.
