Made using our premium fresh Steelhead trout fillets, grown and harvested in our state-of-the-art recirculating aquaculture system.
Trout lox is perfect on bagels with cream cheese, as a topping to any salad or bowl, or as the ultimate cracker topping for your appetizer board.
No added hormones or antibiotics, and free of mercury, artificial dyes, and microplastics.
