1) The Flat Iron a unique beefy steak with incredible marbling, we recommend serving with a soy, garlic reduction
2) The tender Denver steak, sear this on all sides and serve quarter inch slices with herb butter
3) The Hanger steak, beautifully marbled, beefy, tender, juicy and ready for a quick hot sear. We recommend slicing this thin and serving with a chimichurri sauce.
